Plot of land in an URA Area (Urban Recovery Area) – 4,709 sqm – Melides.

This proposal must be supported by a topographic survey overlaid with the urban perimeter boundary to accurately define the area within the Urban Plan (UP) of Melides.
The proposal is feasible under the aforementioned condition and provided that the establishment of a right of way to the building is guaranteed.
